Add the exact TXT record shown in the app at _forwardly.yourdomain.com. Recheck after DNS propagation.

Mail routing records

Before changing MX, SPF or DKIM, inspect the current DNS records and identify any existing mail provider. Never replace mail records blindly.

If your DNS provider is not integrated, make changes through its dashboard only after reviewing the forwarding provider’s current setup instructions.
